Order Tracking

• You can use the tracking number to track the status of your shipment on our website or the carrier’s website.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

• Keapet is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Delivery Issues

1. Lost or Stolen Packages:

   • If your package is lost or stolen, please contact us immediately at info@keapet.co.nz. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

2. Incorrect Address:

   • Please ensure that your shipping address is correct. Keapet is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If an incorrect address is provided, please contact us as soon as possible at info@keapet.co.nz.

3. Failed Deliveries:

   • If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful and the package is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange a reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.
